This guide brings together the most important information for your stay at Nasuppo, in English. The same guide is available on our website and as a printed copy.

1. Welcome to Nasuppo

Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us.

Nasuppo is a small inn with only five rooms, in the forest of the Nasu Highlands. We hope you enjoy the quiet of the forest, the fresh air and the night sky, and have a relaxing time at your own pace.

There is no front desk, and our staff are on site only during the day (roughly 10:00 to 15:00). We are sorry that our staff speak Japanese only. If you have any questions, please use the translation function on your smartphone. We will do our best to help you.

2. Please follow these rules

1. No smoking in the rooms. All rooms are non-smoking. Please smoke only at the outdoor smoking area near the stone circle (shown on the facility map).
2. Quiet after 22:00. The outdoor shared spaces (such as the terrace) can be used until 22:00. After 22:00, please stay in your room and keep quiet. Talking, eating and drinking outdoors are not allowed after 22:00.
3. Do not bring your own grill. Bringing BBQ grills or any other equipment that uses fire is prohibited for fire safety. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

3. Evening: lights and quiet hours

The lights in the courtyard and the parking area stay on at night.

4. Check-in, check-out and your room key

• Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 10:00. There is no curfew.
• Room key: each room has a smart lock. Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your registered phone number. Touch the keypad once, wait until the number buttons light up, then enter the 4 digits and * (for example: 1234*).
• Going out: the door locks automatically when it closes.
• If an alarm sounds: this can happen if the door is opened before unlocking is complete. Step outside, close the door, and enter your PIN and * again.
• Cleaning time: our staff clean mainly from 10:00 to 15:00, so you may hear some cleaning noise.

On the day you leave, just close the door and go. Before you leave, please:

• put your used towels in the collection box in the OA room, and
• wash any cooking tools you used in the kitchen and return them to their box.

5. If you stay more than one night

• We do not clean or enter your room during your stay.
• Towels: bath towels and face towels for every night of your stay are already in your room.
• Amenities: extra amenities, toilet paper and tissues are in the OA room (a shared space). Please help yourself.
• Bed sheets (for stays of 3 nights or more): fresh bedding is placed in your room when you check in. Please change the sheets yourself on the third day of your stay (after 2 nights). Please put the used sheets in the collection box in the OA room, the same as your towels.

6. Shared kitchen

No meals are served at Nasuppo. The shared kitchen is free to use, and no booking is needed. It is shared with other guests, so please take turns when it is busy.

• After cooking, please wash the cooking tools and return them to the cooking tool box.
• If you put food in the kitchen refrigerator, please write your name on the bag so it is not mixed up with other guests' food.
• When you have rubbish, you can put it in the dust box in the shared kitchen, sorted by type.

7. If you need help

• Message us through the booking site you used, or the inquiry form on our website.
• Phone: 0287-73-5324 (Japanese only). Calls are forwarded to a staff member's mobile phone, so we may not be able to answer at all times.
• Emergency: call 119 for an ambulance or fire, and 110 for the police.

8. Barrel sauna

Our original barrel sauna is made of Japanese hinoki cypress and stands in the courtyard in front of the rooms. It is shared only by guests of our five rooms.

• Price: 2,000 yen per person per day (junior high school age and older). Elementary school children can use it free of charge with a parent. Children aged 5 and under cannot enter, for safety reasons.
• Hours: from check-in (15:00) until 24:00, as many times as you like.
• Booking: by 12:00 on the day before, through the guest information form, the booking site message, or our inquiry form. If there is availability, same-day use is also possible if you ask our daytime staff. There are no staff on site at night.
• Payment: PayPay, credit card, transport IC card or Rakuten Pay, at the start of use on the day.
• What to wear: men and women use the sauna together, so you must wear clothes on both your upper and lower body. A sauna poncho and outdoor sandals are included. Please bring swimwear or sportswear to wear under the poncho, and change in your room before going out.
• Temperature: set at 85°C. You can make it hotter with löyly: slowly pour one ladle of water evenly over the sauna stones.
• Cooling off: there is a cold shower next to the sauna, and a simple cold bath (a bathtub) that you can fill with the shower. Please turn off the water when you finish. The cold bath cannot be used on rainy or windy days. There is a wooden deck with reclining chairs next to the sauna.
• Up to 4 people in the sauna at one time. No shoes inside.
• After use: please put the poncho and towels in the collection box in the OA room.

For your safety

• Please do not use the sauna if you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, are pregnant, have been drinking alcohol, have a fever, are very tired, or have been told not to by a doctor.
• Drink plenty of water. If you feel unwell, leave the sauna right away.
• Take off glasses and accessories, as they get very hot.
• Please cover tattoos with clothing.
• Do not lean over the stove when pouring water, as the steam can burn you.
• Do not bring anything flammable into the sauna.
• Please do not touch the sauna remote control near the fire extinguisher.

12. Facility map

S1 to S4 and F1 are guest rooms. Please do not enter other guests' rooms. The copier, washing machine and toilet in the OA room are free to use. Please share the shared spaces and the kitchen with other guests. When you park, please take your valuables out of the car.

2. 守っていただきたいこと

2. 22時からは静かに。 屋外共用スペース（テラスなど）のご利用は22時までです。22時以降はお部屋の中で静かにお過ごしください。22時以降は屋外での会話や飲食は禁止です。
3. グリルの持ち込みは禁止です。 BBQコンロなど火を使う設備の持ち込みは、火災予防のため禁止です。食べ物・飲み物の持ち込みは自由です。

3. 夜の時間（照明と、静かにしていただく時間）

中庭や駐車場付近の照明は、夜間も点灯しています。

4. チェックイン・チェックアウトとお部屋の鍵

• チェックイン：15時から。チェックアウト：10時まで。門限はありません。
• お部屋の鍵：各部屋にスマート電子錠があります。暗証番号はご登録の携帯電話番号の下4桁です。ワンタッチ後、数字ボタンが光ってから、数字4桁と＊を押してください（例：1234＊）。
• 外出：扉を閉めると自動で鍵がかかります（オートロック）。
• 警告音が鳴ったとき：解錠が終わる前に扉を開けると鳴ることがあります。外に出て扉を閉め、暗証番号と＊を押し直してください。
• 清掃の時間：主に10時〜15時はスタッフが清掃しているため、清掃の音がすることがあります。

チェックアウトの日は、扉を閉めて出るだけです。お帰りの前に、次のことをお願いいたします。

• 使用済みのタオルは、OAルーム内の回収BOXへ
• キッチンで使った調理器具は、洗ってBOXへ戻す

5. 連泊の方へ

• 連泊中のお部屋の清掃・入室はいたしません。
• タオル：バスタオル・フェイスタオルは、泊数分をお部屋にご用意しています。
• アメニティ：アメニティ・トイレットペーパー・ティッシュは、共用スペースのOAルームにあります。ご自由にお使いください。
• シーツ（3泊以上の方）チェックイン時に交換用の寝具をお部屋にご用意しています。滞在3日目（2泊後）に、お客様ご自身でシーツの交換をお願いいたします。交換済みのシーツは、タオルと同じくOAルームの回収BOXへ入れてください。

6. 共用キッチン

なすっぽでは食事の提供はありません。共用キッチンは無料で、予約も要りません。ほかのお客様と共用なので、混んでいるときは譲り合ってご利用ください。

• 調理器具は使用後に洗って、調理器具BOXへお戻しください。
• キッチンの冷蔵庫に食材を入れる場合は、ほかの方の物と間違えないよう、袋などにお名前を書いてください。
• ゴミがたまったら、共用キッチンのダストボックスに分別して捨てていただけます。

7. 困ったとき

• メッセージ：ご予約の予約サイトのメッセージ、またはホームページのお問い合わせフォームから。

8. バレルサウナ

国産の桧を使ったオリジナルのバレルサウナで、お部屋の前の中庭にあります。使えるのは5部屋の宿泊者だけです。

• 料金：1名につき1日2,000円（中学生以上）。小学生は保護者同伴で無料。5歳以下のお子様は、安全上の理由で入れません。
• 時間：チェックイン（15時）から24時まで、何度でも。
• 予約：前日12時までに、宿泊者情報フォーム・予約サイトのメッセージ・お問い合わせフォームから。空いていれば、当日でも日中のスタッフにお声がけいただければ対応可能です。夜間はスタッフ不在になります。
• 支払い：PayPay・クレジットカード・交通系ICカード・楽天ペイ。ご利用当日の利用開始時に。
• 服装：男女共同のため、上下の着衣が必須です。サウナ着（ポンチョ）と屋外用サンダルは料金に含まれます。ポンチョの下に着る水着やスポーツウェアをご持参のうえ、お部屋で着替えてからお越しください。
• 温度：設定は85℃。ロウリュでもっと熱くできます。しゃくし1杯の水を、サウナストーン全体にゆっくり均等にかけてください。
• クールダウン：サウナの隣に水シャワーと、シャワーで水をためて使う簡易の水風呂（バスタブ）があります。使い終わったら水を止めてください。雨や風の強い日は、水風呂は使えません。サウナの隣には、リクライニングチェアのあるウッドデッキがあります。

安全のために

• 高血圧・心臓疾患のある方、妊娠中の方、飲酒後、発熱時、極度の疲労時、医師に禁止されている方は、ご利用をお控えください。
• 水分をしっかりとってください。体調に異常を感じたら、すぐにサウナから出てください。
• メガネやアクセサリーは高温になるので外してください。
• 刺青・タトゥーは着衣で隠してください。
• ロウリュの際は、蒸気でやけどをするので、ストーブの上に体を乗り出さないでください。
• 燃えやすい物をサウナに持ち込まないでください。
• 消火器付近にあるサウナのリモコンには触らないでください。
